Damian & Cora

by Ameanie and Teng

In the darkened ocean rule, A demon with anger fuel. Obsession of killing others, Crying did his mother.

Beneath the frothy ocean waves, Between the hollow darkened caves. Innocent souls sway to and fro, Swimming about with naive glows.

Through the waves did he come, Followed by the battle drums. “King Damian wishes for your fry! Don’t you dare give him a lie!”

With a smile that hid the tears, She exclaimed without her fears. “Such an honor, oh it is, Tis the only way to kill my sins!”

With his brain outshined, By her eyes how kind. He took Cora by the fin, And he goes with a win.

And so they went on, The path arduous and long. Arriving at the coral castle, Looming grandly in its dazzle.

Into the highest room of the spiral, “My bride it is vital, You do not escape into the deep, Or down the wind you sleep!”

Her reply like a dagger, Her hand on the drawer. Which hid her dark desire, Damian none the wiser.

As he turned his hind, She threw him in a bind. “Dare you wretched king, Down the sand you thing!”

Widening his shocked eyes, His blood flowing in the tides. The life draining from his corpse, As Cora Stared without remorse.

And there a new ruler stands, Dealing out demands. A demon with anger fuel, In the darkened ocean rule.
